special about the property market?
Just think of the saying ‘bricks and mortar’. It’s no secret
that property is one of the most reliable investment options
available to us today, and believe it or not this is
especially so in a recession!
To a certain extent stocks and shares are intangible, so can
be wiped out in an instant. Property and land will offer
much more security, and even when prices drop, they won’t
drop to the extent of stock market shares. Prices will only
drop so much before they have to rise again, particularly in
the UK as there is a fundamental supply and demand
imbalance.
